Free, open-source remote support software. Download it, tell us the nine-digit ID on your screen, and our technicians can help you as if we were sitting at your desk.
Builds are pulled straight from the official RustDesk release on GitHub and refreshed automatically every week, so this page always points at the current version.
Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL, Arch
iPhone and iPad users: RustDesk for iOS is distributed through the App Store and TestFlight — see the official release notes for the current link.
By default RustDesk uses its own public servers. ASH NET customers should point the app at our New Zealand relay for faster, private sessions.

You stay in control the whole time. Nothing is installed permanently unless you choose to, and you can end the session at any moment.
ASH NET staff will never ask for your banking logins or passwords during a support session, and we will never call you out of the blue asking you to install remote software. If you were not expecting our call, hang up and ring us on 09 269 4000.
